Notices, terms and privacy.

Energinko is not a bank. It holds no banking or other financial licence, takes no deposits, offers no securities or investment, issues no currency or token and manages no one’s money. “The Energy Bank” is the programme’s name, and the name of a vision; it is not an institution.

Energinko holds no licence, authorisation or registration from any financial regulator. No regulator has approved, reviewed or endorsed the programme, this site or anything described on it.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, investment, deposit, currency or other financial product, in any jurisdiction.

Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice. Do not rely on it for any decision.

The institutions, instruments and activities described here are plans. Each depends on licences that have not been granted and on acts by others that have not occurred. Some may never exist.

The demonstration platform holds illustrative data only. Every party, figure, document, lot, claim and price in it is invented and recorded in SHADOW mode. Nothing in it is an offer, and nothing in it can be bought, sold, held or subscribed for. It is not evidence of any transaction, asset, agreement or relationship.

References to proving grounds, title-holders, operators, custodians and regulators are to roles, not to any particular state, company or person.

Authorship: the text of this site, like the design studies, the blueprint and the adversarial reviews behind the programme, was generated by AI under the founder’s instruction. No licensed professional has yet reviewed the structure or this text.

This site is not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where its content would be unlawful, or would require the programme to be licensed or registered.

This site gives general information about the Energinko programme. By using it, you accept these terms.

The content is provided as it is, without any warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a purpose, and it may change without notice. To the extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for any loss arising from its use.

You may quote short passages of this site with attribution. You may not use the Energinko name or the ginkgo emblem in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation or a financial service.

The demonstration platform is open to invited users only, to evaluate the software and the method. Access to it is not an offer or a solicitation of any kind. Credentials are personal and must not be shared.

Energinko never asks anyone to pay a fee in advance, and never asks for money, documents or personal data in an unsolicited message. If you receive such a request in its name, do not act on it, and report it to hello@energinko.com.

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no tracking and no advertising, and it loads nothing from any third party: its fonts and scripts are served from this site.

If you choose a light or dark theme, your browser may keep that choice on your device. It is never sent to us.

Like any website, this site is delivered by a hosting provider whose systems process technical data, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect it. The provider keeps those logs under its own policies. Energinko does not use them to identify or profile anyone.

If you write to hello@energinko.com, your message and address are used only to reply and to keep a record of the correspondence. They are not shared or used for marketing. You may ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the same address.

The English text of this site is authoritative. The versions in other languages are machine-assisted translations, provided for convenience. Where a translation differs from the English, the English prevails.

Some terms stay in their original form in every language: Energinko, “The Energy Bank” (the programme’s name), PRISM, SHADOW, the gate codes G0 to G5, the module codes M00 to M19, and 銀行, ginkō.
